This report is organized as follows. Section two provides a brief overview of the key features of labor market intelligence, largely based on international practice. Section three focuses on the available information in Indonesia, including the experience gained from the four data pilots. Section four outlines an action plan for strengthening the policy framework, including a discussion on how to firm up the institutional arrangements and the level of effort required to implement the recommendations.
